Metal doors with solid wood
Are made by covering the metallic frame with planks of solid carved wood.
The internal armour is constructed from 2 steel plates 1 mm thick, that link together with vertical
neuroses and create an impenetrable sourface. A layer of basaltic wool provides thermal insulation.
A usual door of this kind has 2 steel hinges with wrist pins that are supported
on 2 balls with special screws. The safety lock consists of 12 or 15 anchoring points, depending on your choice.
The door is also fitted with:
-double perimetric ruber seals, providing heat and sound insulation.
-180 degrees peep hole.
-special mechanism allowing a 10% opening.
Weighting approximately 50 - 60 kg these doors can be easily lifted and manhandled to the upper floors of the building.
